Our customer service doesn't end with the sale. Owner Chris has over 20 years of model creation experience, with expertise in assembly and painting, and is on-site to help with advice and instruction. Customers can also work in the store to perfect their models, with expert guidance, and collaborate and share with others!

We'll be featuring many of our products here on the website to let our customers know what's new in the store and available to purchase. And while customers can always buy by coming into the store, we have now opened our online store for shopping from any place on earth, or in another galaxy should there be a way to get FedEx to go there! Special Orders
Our special order process is two-fold. First, if you see a featured product here on the website, you'll also see how you can reserve or purchase that. We'll provide the instructions you need for each special order product. Second, if there's a particular product that you want that's from one of our suppliers we will do our best to find that for you. There's a reason Enter The Realm has been voted online as the #1 hobby and gaming store in Delaware County and we will work hard to continue with that distinction.
